Vendor Agreement needs to be on file at the Lincoln County Fair Office by August 1, 2024.
Set up day is Wednesday, August 21, 2024. If you need to setup before Wednesday please call the office, 509-725-5161 to make other arrangements.
Vendors will be given 2 vendor passes with this agreement, if more than two vendor passes are needed additional passes are $20 per season pass.
If electricity is required, vendors must provide their own electrical cords.
Vendors who need to replenish supplies need to have all supplies to the vendor space(s) before 8:00 am each day.
No silly string or products that would make a mess of our Fairgrounds.
No fireworks, knives, lighters, cap guns or drugs to be sold on the Fairgrounds.
No unauthorized service dogs allowed on the Fairgrounds.
No loud selling techniques that disturb other vendors and the public.
Vendors are expected to remain in their assigned space(s).
Vendors are expected to be open during the operation hours of the Lincoln County Fair & Rodeo.
Vendor is responsible to keep the area around assigned space(s) clean and free of debris.
The Fair & Rodeo garbage cleaning crew will pick up any boxes, please break down the boxes and leave by your booth.
Vendors are responsible for any loss or damage to the Vendors property by theft, fire or casualty.
Vendors are responsible for the conduct of all employees and/or representatives during all hours of the Lincoln County Fair & Rodeo.
Vendors activities must not detract from the image or welfare of the 2024 Lincoln County Fair.
Vendor shall be responsible for any damage which may be incurred to the Fairgrounds as a result of or in connection with operation.
Motor homes and trailers cannot be parked next to the assigned vendor space(s). If camping is required, please include a 2024 Fair & Rodeo Camping Agreement with Vendor Agreement.
Vendors will be assigned spaces upon arrival at the Fairgrounds on Wednesday, August 21st.
No refunds after August 14, 2023.
