Entry Deadline Dates
Entry deadline for online entries is August 21st. You can still enter your exhibits in person on August 23rd. Exhibits are due in the Baking department on move in day August 23rd from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm and August 24th from 7:30 am to 8:30 am.

The Baking department is open to the following age groups of exhibitors to enter exhibits:

When to pick up your exhibits
You can pick up your exhibits on Sundy, August 27th from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. If you cannot pick up your exhibits on Sunday, you can pick up your exhibits on Monday, August 28th from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm in the Dining Hall. The Fair & Rodeo is not responsible for unclaimed exhibits.
