- Thursday 8:00 am to 8:30 pm
- Friday 8:00 am to 8:30 pm
- Saturday 8:00 am to 8:30 pm
*Food Vendors have the option to stay open until 10:00 pm
Vendor Information
- Vendor registration is open January 1st – August 10th.
- Set up day is Wednesday, August 20th, from 8:00 am to 8:30 pm. If you need to set up before Wednesday, please call the Fair Office, 509-725-5161, to make other arrangements
- No refunds after August 18, 2025
