Entry Deadline Dates

Entry deadline for online entries is August 21st. You can still enter your exhibits in person on August 23rd. All exhibits are due in the Grain, Grasses & Weeds department on move in day August 23rd from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

The Grain, Grasses & Weeds Department is open to the following age groups of exhibitors to enter exhibits:

When to pick up your exhibits

You can pick up your exhibits on Sundy, August 27th from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. If you cannot pick up your exhibits on Sunday, you can pick up your exhibits on Monday, August 28th from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm in the Dining Hall. The Fair & Rodeo is not responsible for unclaimed exhibits.
