Entry Deadline Dates
Entry deadline for online entries is August 11th. Record books will be turned in for judging on August 11th by 5:00 pm at the Fair Office. No exceptions.
Eligible Classes 2-6
The 4-H Record Books department is open to the following age groups of exhibitors to enter exhibits:

When to pick up your exhibits
You can pick up your exhibits on Sundy, August 27th from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. If you cannot pick up your exhibits on Sunday, you can pick up your exhibits on Monday, August 28th from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm in the Dining Hall. The Fair & Rodeo is not responsible for unclaimed exhibits.
