Fair and Rodeo Camping Rules
The following rules are for your protection and convenience, as well as to provide emergency information and location for Fair Advisory Board personnel. Payment of fees constitutes acceptance of campground rules for all adults and minors using the campground.
- Camping information must be on file at the Fair Office by August 2nd.
- All youth using campground facilities must be chaperoned.
- If not staying with a parent, name and age of chaperon must be provided to the persons in charge of the youth campers.
- Any camper or trailer without adult supervision during the night will be removed from the campground.
- All season passes must be purchased by August 2nd and on file for persons listed on the form.
- No vehicles except RVs or tents will be allowed in the camping areas on the Fairgrounds.
- Horse trailers, one per club, will be parked in the designated area assigned.
- Full hookups with sewer are available for campers or trailers. There is not enough space for tipouts in this area.
- Fire lanes between the rows of camping units must remain open at all times for emergency access and fire protection.
- Keep campgrounds clean.
- Use of generators after 10:00 pm is not allowed.
- Restrooms and showers are available to all campers.
- All pets must be kept inside RVs.
- No dogs are allowed tied up at campsites.
- No dogs allowed on the midway, buildings, barns or grandstand area.
- You are responsible for cleaning up after your pets.
- No barking dogs in campground area.
- The Lincoln County Fair assumes no responsibility for damage or injuries to campers and/or camping units.
- No refunds after August 19th.
- Loading and unloading of vehicles in campsite area is permitted on Wednesday, August 21st.
- There will be no parking of camper’s vehicles on the Fairgrounds.
- All exhibitor livestock trailers are to be parked at the North Airport Parking Lot.
- All personal vehicles are to be parked at the North Airport Parking Lot.
- All persons using the campground facilities must have a season pass.
Fair & Rodeo Camping registration and payments are due by August 2, 2024
Two options available for camping registration and payment. You can pay online by choosing the type of camping you need or send in your camping form and payment.
