Educational Displays Department

Rules and Information

  1. The first 5 Educational Displays will be set up in the Grange Building. All other displays will be set up in other buildings on the Midway.
  2. Set up of displays can start on Tuesday, August 20th and left for display until Sunday, August 25th at 9:00 am.
  3. All displays need a title that can be easily read.
  4. All displays must have an exhibitor tag with name and exhibitor’s number attached to the assigned space.
  5. The space available for displays is 2′ x 4′ with a 4′ x 4′ backdrop.
  6. Displays without an exhibitor tag will not be judged.
  7. Displays or any part of the display may not be entered in another other department.
  8. No staples allowed to hang items on the backdrop of the display area.
  9. Adult exhibitors awarded a white ribbon will not receive premium points.

Registration Information

Registration for online entries opens July 1st. All entries need to be entered  at FairEntry by August 19th.
