4-H Record Books Department

Rules and Information

  1. Record books are due August 2nd by 5:00 pm at the Fair Office. No Exceptions.
  2. Late books will NOT be judged-for display ONLY.
  3. Judges will score according to score sheets and
    4- H standards.
  4. A best Record Book “4-H Story” from each division will be chosen for a special prize, except Cloverbuds.
  5. The Jill Schwartz Outstanding Record Book Award will be given to each division, except Cloverbuds.
  6. Due to safety concerns, home addresses should be left off of the front pages of the Record Book.
  7. Complete all of the other information.

Registration Information

Registration for online entries opens July 1st. All entries need to be entered  at FairEntry by August 19th.
